Nathalie Rachline was Senior Director for IT Planning at Nutrien. She held similar position at Agrium IT from March 2016 until now. Nathalie is also the co founder of kIT Framework, a small Fort Collins company offering IT consulting services to start ups and growing companies. Previously, Nathalie was a senior consultant specialized in transformation, operational management and sourcing strategy working with various companies at the C-level. She comes from Paris, France where she worked a Director of IT Operations and Director of IT Strategic and Financial planning in several vertical domains (Financials, Logistics, Industry, …). She has navigated many organizations working through major transformations and change management initiatives; she brings many years of leadership experience in both operational roles and in consultative and transformational roles. Nathalie is active in the local Northern Colorado community with start ups and entrepreneurs mentoring and coaching. She also sits on the Board of several local non profit organizations, on the Transportation Board of the City of Fort Collins and on the Board of the Society for Information Management Colorado Chapter.
